I’m mercutiom (aka: Mark Miller.) I’m a Phoenix based Web Geek, Social Media addict, Blogger, and Consultant. I’ve worked with many local entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profit groups focusing on increasing their visibility online.
I specialize in utilizing available Social Media sites and networks to assist companies in making personal relationships with their customers. I consult with companies and non-profits to ensure they have a standardized Social Media strategy to increase the visibility of their group and bring in new customers and members.
Additionally I create and build corporate games that drive people to improve their skills and productivity while increasing the interest they have in their careers. By creating consequence and reward systems, I’ve been able to increase productivity by 300% in teams I directly manage.
Aside from this work I am also a Supervisor for a local web hosting company managing several teams of Technical Support, Billing, and Sales agents. I have dedicated team members and sub-managers to assist in training, and over my tenure in the position I have increased revenue by 43% while maintaining consistently above average scores in all other measured metrics.
